T3: Concept Eindhoven By ali for Gemeente Eindhoven

Today, interaction with any person, in any part of the world has been made simpler with the use of cellphones. These tiny devices that everyone carries in their pockets have become the centre of our business, personal and social lives.
Almost everyone today carries a phone which is equipped with a camera and is internet enabled. Almost every website now has a WAP enabled version of their website to make it convenient for mobile users to have access to information, on the go.

Setting up such a website would be of tremendous help to the public for reporting their greviances to the authorities, on the go.
An additional helpline number could be set up, to which multimedia messages could be sent, thus allowing the public to communicate with the government, with the help of images, videos and sound.

Internet enabled kiosks could be set up in various streets, enabling the public to report any greviances to the website that has been set up.
These kiosks could have security cameras to prevent misuse of the service. The kiosks could be solar powered, thus making them environmentally friendly.

All these methods harness a technology which is readily available to the public and would definitely help reduce the communication gap between the government and the public.
