Sponsor a driving competition with a free lunch and invite logistics managers or executives or any other representitive from potential companies that you want as customers. In the competition half of them use your technology and half of them don't. Or figure out a different game that makes it fun and informative, the route could require them to stop for self photos at interesting locations and you can use the photos later. The team that does not use your system has to do all the calculations themselves and will never beat your ITAS Analysis System.  Afterward break it down and explain the results at a free lunch and the later on paper what the advantages of your system were and send the results to the logistics managers and follow up with calls. This will Clearly show that ITAS saves costs at little or no investment. If not enough people can make the friendly competition then have replacement competitors ready to participate and send the results to the logistics managers and follow up with calls.


                               Contact the media


  Use a public relations firm to contact the media ( newspapers and television ) in your existing areas to create a press release about this competition so the news media can report on how your company is making the world GREENER in the area of transportation. This is truly news worthy in todays world. Tell the companies you are courting that they could be mentioned in this story if they  attend the compitition Adds on the internet are useful but a story in the business section of the newspaper carries much more weight.


 

The news media or any other day time TV show could also be invited to a "Sponsored driving competition" of their own. One team uses your technology and the other one doesn't. Make it fun and informative maybe one channel against another or one reporter against another..
