As you stated the ITAS idea is a GREEN idea, it's all about getting the job done more efficiently. Using less fuel which is smarter and saves the environment. It is a perfect fit for this day and age and IDEE should be proud of this and use this strength to promote it. Make it an international issue. 
Compare it to other great green ideas that pay for themselves like the compact fluorescent light bulb. Everyone should have compact fluorescent light bulbs in their house and business and and every transport company should be using  ITAS !
Create a certificate that is an INTERNATIONAL GREEN  AWARD that the target companies can put on their trucks and uniforms. It will look great on the truck and show the community and other similar companies an indication that they care about the world and community. This logo says ITAS and also will incorporate the IDEE logo. There are international GREEN organizations such as GREEN PEACE and 350.ORG and Alliance for Climate Protection that will give you an award or classification as a company promoting GREEN technology and allow you to put their logo on yours and co-promote your GREEN  AWARD. This gives even more validity to your GREEN AWARD . Also tell these organizations and the companies that if all delivery  vehicles move more efficiently using ITAS it improves traffic for all the other vehicles to move more efficiently which improves their gas milage. Calculate this savings and present it with the rest of the savings, It should be significant.
Once you have this affiliation with the GREEN organization send a professional spokesman to approach the public relations department and to the executives of the targeted companies and tell them all of your great advantages and that this is a GREEN system and that they can advertise this to the public AND to their customers that they will be using newest system in their ongoing effort, doing all they can to be GREEN and how important it is to the world
To get your message and logo out and noticed IMMEDIATLY create this GREEN  AWARD, and offer it for free to companies that already use your system. Tell them that it will make each of there vehicles look more GREEN and thus improve their companies appearance. They put them on all vehicles that are already using your system and you have immediate presence in the community. Put them at eye level on the back to get the most exposure.
