feedback - how are we doi..By rocketpark for I-nspire

One application that has not been mentioned so far, which would infact assist in this actual challenge, is a feedback application.

Patients could give live feedback and comments. Both positive and negative.

I believe this would be appreciated by patients as it would give them a voice. It could be anonymous if they wish.

We hear so often through the media that the health system is flawed (that's what we keep hearing here in Australia). Besides voting for an empty promise at the next election, patients can immediately voice their concerns or approvals while it is fresh in their mind.

This application would be of enormous benefit to hospital  management. Knowing where and what the issues are from the people on the ground can only help to address them. Management can put into place programs to address 'real' issues.

Depending on the feedback, and the response/action time the hospital undertakes, there is the possibility for immediate action. This will depend on resources of course, but responding to some feedback immediately, or quickly, may generate more positive feedback.

Basically, the more information you have from the people on the ground, the patients, the better position you are in to improve the system.
