Hi, I don't have any of those gadgets but I guess it'll come handy for checking updates (comments, new redesigns/challenges, deadlines, ...) when you really need to. I'd love an RSS feed anyhow! ;) Claus.

I would be more interested in a mobile site than an app.. just to be able to check comments on the go; without having to load the complete site ( it is nice but too big for mobile).

I would use an andriod app! I like the layout of the community update; user status and the latest updates. Do you know the NU.nl app? I like how that is build up, 4 categories with 5-6 subjects each.

I would use the Ipod/Iphone app, I always check my updates and stuff like that on my Ipod but the default RDM page loads really slow, so i would use it. greetz

I think a mobile site would be better than an app. Like Cliff says. Also, you know when one receives an email to say that someone has commented? I Would love it if the comment could be in the email instead of having to load the site, just for a comment. Sometimes I load the entire site, then I realise that its a comment that does not interest me one bit. This is more so when I recieve the email on my blackberry, as the loading of the site is ridiculously slow.

Hi Kate,
Thank you for your input! I will discuss your idea about the notification emails :)
I don't exactly understand why you would rather have a mobile website than an app? Can you try to explain?
And would you use this mobile website or app for redesigning or just checking comments on the go, like Cliff says?
Great to get feedback from you guys!
Kind Regards,
Eveline

Hi RED,
Thanks for your contribution, interesting article!
Explains again why it's important to know if and what for you would use it, or on which device.
Keep on posting!

I like the idea of an app to CHECK comments/deadlines/rewards/new challenges on the go but I would wait until I got home to comment/post/edit any redesigns. I frequently login for seconds sometimes just to check for comments, maybe an app which only shows updates from the last time you logged in? making it "quick" to view.
I have accessed the redesignme website via Mobile phone but it does take a while to load, editing, uploading would test most peoples patience :P
I woudnt use a phone to post/edit redesigns (mobile website or app) simply because its too fidly... small screen, small buttons, slow connection.... only for keeping updated.
