I just wondered why the Beginner Rank only goes from 1 till 99 since their are rarely any challenges that give that little RDM's :p. I thought the beginner rank would make more sense from 1 till 299 or something similair. So most of the time you belong to the Beginner rank after having one winning redesign and after having more great redesign's you'll belong to Creative (or something else depending on the redesign.)
