I am of the opinion that you should be able to upload a picture to a redesign after the challenge ended. If it doesnt have one yet. So that the redesigns look better on your profile. Unless the results of the challenge are hidden or the challenge was a logo challenge. (But with the logo challenges youd have a graphic anyway.) If people uploaded pictures to pictureless redesigns it would look nicer. But thats just my opinion ;)
